About Sandy Otto

She began in Louisville Kentucky where her love for dogs became her business. Soon after, classes were created to continue the education of dog owners.

While in the Louisville area Sandy was a 4H Leader with Kids n K9s for over ten years. She was the Guest Dog Trainer on the radio question and answer show Creature Features. As the featured Dog Trainer on the local live TV show Pet Project and Animal Answers, Sandy answered dog training question from viewer calls. She is in good standing as a member of Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) since 1997 and continues her education through annual conferences. Sandy developed the Puppy Smart Start and Puppy Preschool Quick Start for several Veterinary practices in Louisville.

Since relocating to Bowling Green, Sandy has continued to build her business with In-Home lessons. She has been a Mentor Trainer in the last 5 years for the national school, Animal Behavior College in which she gives new trainers hands-on experience working with our local shelter dogs. Sandy’ most gratifying achievement has been her relationship as lead trainer for Blessings Unleashed Foundation which trains Service Dogs for children with autism.
